Wellhead Integral joint API 6A

The series irregular high pressure integral joints and welding joints are in whole ranges, including Y shaped, L shaped, long radius elbow, T-shaped, cross shaped,manifold shape and fishtail shape, with specification being 2" to 4" and working pressure from 21Mpa to 140Mpa.

The blank for integral joint is molded by the high strength alloy steel through die forging and receives the integral heat treatment, the end connection is by union, more convenient to connect with various fracturing cementing equipment, the end welding joint as well as welding bevel comply with API6A specification.

Crossovers are used for connection between different size or thread pipes, they are forged of high strength alloy steel.

Swivel Joints, with integral ball bearing, are manufactured on the basis of the technologies from FMC USA. Various models of swivel joints and their repair kits are avaliable, suitable for normal or low temperature or H2S enviromments, with sizes ranging from 1"-4" and rated WP ranging from 2000-20000 psi. we can rated suply long and short radius swivel joints. Long radius swivel joints can minimize fluid shock, and has better performance of resistance for scouring and erosion. Performance of resistance for scouring and erosion. We also need to use short radius swivel joints for low pressure operation due to limited installation space.
