API 11D Single string production packer hydraulic set used for casing size from 5 1/2" to 9 /8", High working pressure set available when request.

Single string production packer is a single string hydraulic set packer used in production well.When transmitted through the tubing, ahydraulic set would then accomplish a seal of tubing and casing annulus and the packer would be set. It can be released after the pins being sheared by a straight pull of tubing. This packer features ana djustable release tension andcompact design,as well as a resistance against the premature set. It works
excellently in the well-completion practice of vertical wells and highly deviated wells.

Structure and working principle

Setting mechanism: Put the packer into the designed well position, input the hydraulic pressure through the oil tube , after the hydraulic pressure incomes the hydraulic cylinder of packer , driven by the piston downward making the slips open and anchoring on the casing tube . At the same time, the upper piston lock block are set off, the hydraulic pressure put( promote) the upper position upside , compressed rubber tube ( packer rubber) ,closed oil casing and annulus .After release the pressure, locked well the locking mechanism, in case the sealing part recovery.

Unlock mechanism: Lifting the pipe string , anchoring mechanism don't move , the center pipe along with pipe string is upward, cut off the unlock shearing ,release the unlock lock block, the rubber tube is released, upwards again, lifting the upper cone ,the packer slips are out of the tube ,finished the packer unlocking .
